Reports and exports
Getting the data out — as files, as scheduled email, or as a link you can share.
Performance reports
A narrative report over your stored SEO and AI results, organised by audience and channel: what moved, what is working, what to watch. It renders stored data — generating one never triggers a scan, so it is fast, free, and reproducible.
Wins and things to watch are derived by rule from the same numbers shown in the charts, so the prose cannot contradict the figures above it.
Site optimization reports
The full audit — every finding, every affected page — as PDF, DOCX, XLSX or Markdown. XLSX is the one to use when handing work to a developer: it is a filterable list, not a document to read.
Available formats depend on your plan.
Scheduled email
Under Settings → Reports you can have reports delivered on a schedule, to people who do not have logins. Recipients get the report itself rather than a prompt to sign in.
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without an account, as it must.
Share links
Results can be shared as a read-only link, or embedded in another page. The link carries its own token — recipients need no PicoRank account, and the link exposes only the report, never account settings or billing.
Treat a share link as public: anyone who has it can open it. Revoke it when the engagement ends.
Or use the API
For a spreadsheet you regenerate regularly, the CSV export recipe is usually less work than downloading a file each week.
